How the programme works

Three stages, mapped to the Assess, Plan, Do, Review cycle recommended in SEND guidance.

Screening and assessment

Schools receive clear entry data to support SEND documentation, provision mapping and the graduated response.

7-week structured intervention

Small group, 1 hour per week

Targeted, evidence-informed and practical, so pupils build strategies they can carry into the classroom.
